MSI Consulting will assist our clients in conducting assessment on company performance against international management standards to ensure compliance and against best practices to appraise company position among best in class. The assessment is done as a gap analysis for current organization or as a due diligence in newly acquired or merged companies.
MSI Consulting assist our client in developing their management system as a result of the gap analysis, due diligence or third party assessment. We will develop a system that suits the client vision and organization. We will also assist in developing an enabling leadership and culture within the organization. The system will be based on international standards and best practices.
MSI Consulting will assist our client in developing the competence of the people to ensure they can perform their work safely, effectively and efficiently. We can also assist our client in developing their training needs based on job profile.
